There are additional emergency exits that may be opened in case of necessity (panic rather than fire being the real concern). But if used, the structure slowly deflates (which might be counterproductive in a panic situation).

Yes, the stadium has concrete seats and supporting structure, with only the roof being fabric, but smaller sports facilities here are entirely fabric.
