Hi.
You are quite right, also with the idear that any organic expression of any style in building will depend much from the actural material abilities ,as this is what you se in the "wall's" and "floors" of a building volume. Esp as intergrated frameworks . Nomatter how eco you done the sheet material and no mater it don't mean anything getting wet this is what you will se, the structure and somthing more. Space is a calculation with cirtain conditions .
