I totally agree with you...agreed genius is important but it will still be raw if not polished with proper knowledge..so may be a brilliant concept is as much vision as it is sheer work..besides..how many people working today or even students who aspire to do something are truly genius..but then again..all knowledge and no creative spark can be a difficult situation..
