all buildings must generate an emotion... b it one of awe or disgust..
even if a person stops on the street for a tiny moment n really 'sees' a buidling, it does generate some 'response'.... if it fails to do so i would feel it is a utter failure...
though purely modern n post modernism building have amazing designs most of the so called 'modern' buildings fail on most accounts...
monuments? i cant think of ny which donot generate n emotion.. if u do have ny example of such a monument.. i would love to know which one.
