Even elevators would provide this, one for staff and one for visitors ,if an elevator weigh more than it shuld by newest update of weight of all staff in an elevator with an Id entering the elevator, it will not go.
Only floor for the visitors will then be the visitors floor only this visitor will be able to enter the double doors.
Now the real trouble will be to form a framework, that take care of the bed clotches and the tunnel bringing food around also need a technical instalation. But it will be easy to keep the staff to the staff's arears, and visitors to the visitors arears, the rest are almost plumbing.
