Get out of teh architecture feild.
I have reposted since it is of great significance to you all.

This was the advice to me back in 1988 when i was a third year student of architecture. I had 2 years in and I thought it was too late to change majors. I am an architect at heart, I always knew, but now I slave 14 years later with low pay. Back in those days Computers were in there infancy, now with new technologys there are many other avenues for a profession. Architecture is a low tech, dying art, dont even bother most of you will wind up disgrunteled like the rest of us. Our professors always told us, continue only if you love architecture. Well, when you are a student and you are doing all these neat little theoretical projects, it all seems worth it, but believe me, I am telling you, get out. Everybody always said, "Im not going to tell you what to do, You need to choose yourself," But NO, I am telling you , Don't do it. It is a bad Idea.
