the reason that I used the example was the point that Neals made about reclaiming public spaces, as is done in protests.

the battle of Cable Street is the best example that I know - and when Muslims are being "demonised" the way that they are in Britain, then the British people will either agree with the racism or, as they did in the 1930's, stand up against it.
