well that depends on which uni you decide to apply for. for example in melbourne there are two..melb uni accepts students on marks alone. i think the cut off is up in the mid to high 90s. if you are not such a high achiever as that (or even if you are) you should try rmit. they will accept students through an interview process. don't worry too much about drawing skills, however you should try and display some genuine creativity in some form. to impress academics avoid surface discussion of architecture 'styles' and try to stick to recent ideas, theories, etc. or your stance on local issues. a back up option might be to apply for building at melb. uni and then transfer into architecture after a year or two. good luck. (and remember, architects don't make money!)
