I am designing a residence that has three 18', two story turrets (approx. 26 tall in total height). I am looking for different solutions for the following details:
1. top and bottom plates that form a 18' circle
2. interior wall covering that will conform to the radius
3. stairway to second floor - a pacticle design that will conform to the curved wall.
4. sheathing of the exterior wall to gain shear strength

I have my solutions however, I am looking for alternative and hopefully better designs than what I have come up with so far. I know there is a better way of doing this but I am not seeing it.
