Some questions to consider, since I have worked in a somewhat "green" building are:

-Do occupants or visitors notice the difference visually when entering a "green" building? (are there more windows, solar panels, sun shading devices or other features that label it as "green"?)
-Is the building designed effectively to address solar/wind issues? Is there a passive solar heating strategy to reduce heating/air conditioning costs?
-Are the materials on the building the best to address "green" or sustainable concerns?
-Do occupants really feel that there is a considerable difference in a sustainable building? What are the positive or negative differences? Is it visual, spatial, or physical (comfort)?
Are spaces more pleasing, does the building design follow the solar paths to reduce heat gain into the building?

These are just some questions I just brainstormed up. I hope any of it helps you.
