i've never posted anything on forums in my life..but after stumbling on a posting that was previously made i felt a bit more encouraged to continue this big crazy shit called Architecture career...i've dreamed of becoming one since i can remember...but i've been getting so disappointed in my internship; with my performance, my co-workers, life as a "space planner" make a mistake and it's worth a great deal of time and don't forget money...but see i knew all of that, i knew all those aspects of this career before entering it..and all i used to say was, oh that's not gonna happen to me because i love that job, i can sit and design on cad or handsketch all my life. But as a thrid year college student in an architectural technology program in Canada i feel like nothing more than an architect's bitch..and after i finish my diploma i'll be just that. I plan on continuing on to university (another 4 years on top of the 4 years of college)..i am curious to find out (and i've been searching for months now) universities that will allow me to transfer from a community college in canada to a university.. if any of you know of a university that offers this option please let me know..
as for my internship..i guess we all gotta start somewhere...I bet even Frank L.W. sat on a drafting board at least once and said, fuck this!!..well maybe not in those words..
