I have a lot of 3d models of furniture made in 3d (dwg. files). When I make architectural projects in Autocad I need to add a lot of this furniture pieces. The plan drawing looks very congested beacause of the thousands of lines visible in each of the furniture object.

My question is: is there any possibility to use some clean symbols or something (squares for examples for the chairs) accurate in 2d model, but when I turn in isometric view to see the 3d objects in all their complexity?

I will be glad for any suggestion.
