Dear Ophylia,
Id send you a message today, and area sending other one now. A bank was dimensioning using about 18 m/employeer. The mall must be very clean because of safe (the gards and cameras must to see everything, and everyone). The glass facade its a good decision to add security (people outside can see what is happen inside). Its necessary to you to understand service system, it will define the movements of people inside your building. U must to know how many people will work, there are 3 principal sectors: service system (the people who will open accounts, pay bills, etc; support system and the fundamental functions (like little kitchen, sanitaries, CA machines). Its very important to know this needs before think about the language you will use. The architecture decisions was based on kind of system service, the profile of your bank.

Good luck, regards,
