Keeping in mind the person's personality and his ability to spend, the dream house must be a dominant structure so that the person may still feel his past vitality. But after so much of power use it may also be possible that he wants to be more religious and open person( It happens if his ability to work has totally diminished)design something spiritual.Such he may even want limit in luxury even if accepting to spend.I suggest more emphasis be given in both the cases in landscape which can soothe the person's later days.
