Message - Cultural Heritage Structures, Preserved or Reserved for Future Use?

Fellow "ARKI?", Does it intrigue you about preserving historical structures and allocate huge amount of budgets just to let it remain standing rather than using the allocated budget for renovating or totally demolished the structure and use the space for a more flexible and useful design accordingly to present demands and structural needs and just document the details and the rest of the structure so that the word historical heritage would be more appropriate if it were only to be remembered rather than looking at at present suffer due to many surgical supports to let it attain stability and be manifested by tremendous lateral and siesmic forces...
