Don't worry about being tired. It's not that big of a deal. Do what you need to in order to get through it and live with it. When you're 85 and can't walk up an incline of any kind, you'll know what tired is and you'll appreciate what you were capable of and hopefully achieved in your youth.

Also, don't listen to the people who constantly BITCH about the profession. These people talk as if the world owes them something. My message to them and to you don't like it...change it...or just don't play by the rules at all. You only live once. I'm sure FLW never got anywhere by sitting humbly at a drafting table bitching about sizing toilets. You want something...go get it. The answer is not on this message board, nor is it gonna be sitting on their desk tomorrow.
