Hey hi vaibhav..
as per my knowledge goes it can also be worked other way round...like there are US Universities and other universities that offer a sudy abroad program, in which u spend a semester or two in a Rome or a country where the study abroad program is set..
I hope u find this helpful...and i think this is more advisable than directly enrolling for the college in Rome
